    Definitely worth the money. The only hiccup I have with the product is there is a scratch on the retina display that's fairly noticeable and the stickers used by the refurbishing company discolored the space gray finish on the casing. Other than that great computer for a great price.

    Customer service, shipping, and value were all excellent as with the other Macs I've purchased here. The only reason I'm not giving this transaction an awesome rating is that my computer was surprisingly dirty when I received it. There were liquid spots on the screen and the silver casing of the computer was not very clean. Nothing that a damp rag didn't take care of and now it looks great. That was the only thing negative I can say about it. The computer works great and I'm very happy with it. I also believe that it was an issue with the company that refurbished and packaged the computer, not BackMarket. I would still highly recommend BackMarket to anyone looking to purchase a refurbished Mac.

    I love this phone. Works fine. First time I am using an iOS device I was used to android phone. I like it battery life is good as long as I do not abuse the flash light for example or videos for too long it lasts all day long. I purchased a battery case and it doubled the life of the internal battery. An option that I did not have with my previous phone.

    To be frank, I was skeptical about ordering a refurbished device. But to my surprise, the product came promptly and in the condition it was described in. The MacBook had a couple scuffs and scratches on the exterior, but that didn't bother me one bit given that it was advertised as being in "Good" condition. The performance is pristine. It is indeed core i7, 1.3 GHz. However, it was advertised as 512 GB SSD, but only came with 500.87 GB SSD. Again, it isn't an issue for me but it could be for someone else. Another thing is that the battery drains quite quickly (~5 hours, [whilst web browsing, steaming videos, Zoom] give or take) but I'm aware that I can replace the battery in the future if need be. If you are someone who doesn't need a shiny new device, prefers a significantly lower price, with working software, you should totally consider BackMarket. Overall, I am well satisfied with this product and will consider purchasing again from BackMarket. Thank you for your service.

    It's hard to believe this laptop is 6 years old. It came in near perfect condition and works very efficiently, even while running premiere pro. The keyboard feels great and the retina display is much easier on the eyes than my old HD monitor.
