    At this point, I’ve had my iPhone 11 for almost an entire year. Nothing is wrong with my phone AT ALL and it came in perfect condition even though I ordered it in fair condition. I love back market with everything in me omg, I trust this app with my life. This is the second phone I’ve purchased from this app and both have had nothing at all wrong with them and have lasted a long time.     I have now ordered 2 "Verizon" iphones and both arrived un-usable on the Verizon network due to being locked by the previous carrier. How are these sellers getting certified to sell here if they can't even determine whether or not a phone is locked? Isn't that an integral part of their refurbishing business?! Beyond frustrating. This particular phone is locked to the previous carrier because of unpayment of bill (this is what I was told by Verizon customer service). This should be easy enough for the seller to check, I called VZ and it took the guy a minute to tell me I could not use the phone I just paid over $300 for.

    This phone was on Verizon’s Blacklisted list. I’m super frustrated and have wasted a collective 8 hours on the phone because someone couldn’t know that? As far as the condition of the phone goes, excellent working condition. But, the phone itself was on the non-pay table and has not come off and won’t come off according to several Verizon support folks.

    I love it!! Initially I was going to get the phone 13 mini, but I was trying to save as much as possible.. then I considered the iPhone 8. (Again was trying to save lol) someone recommended the SE.. it was the size that did it for me mostly. That & the fact that any thing was better than the Phone 7 Plus I’d been using. I am happier with this phone than I thought I was going to be! Someone said it’s similar to the iPhone 13 & I can see that (I was an iPhone 13 before it was stolen) anyways thank you so much!     Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 128GB - Phantom Silver - Fully unlocked (GSM & CDMA) was received in EXCELLENT condition. Transferred photos and data from Samsung J7V (Verizon) using Samsung app Smart Switch. Then transferred the SIM card from J7V to S21. Seamless. The S21 had 80% charge. The phone was clean and absolutely pristine in condition. Not particularly crazy about the color, but planned to use an opaque phone case anyway. I reviewed the various online vendors prior to purchase and selected BlackMarket. I never used this manner of cellphone purchase but rather used Verizon (carrier for 20+ years). BlackMarket is by far the better way to purchase a cellphone. The cost of my NEW S21Ultra through BlackMarket is equivalent to a Verizon purchase of a Google Pixel 6a. I am very happy I broke the Verizon purchase cycle. Highly recommend BlackMarket.
