    Item purchased was submitted to Metro dealer to have my sim card installed for activation-she showed me that phone was not compatable with Metropc as it was a T-Mibile phone and was locked to their service. I returned it to you and you say it is compatably then state the item is damaged (by installing a sim card and taking it out) and now refuse to honor your warranty. Item has no value to me as it can not be used by my carrier as I have stated (not compatable with MetroPC carrier) and are sending it back to me which I will just put on shelf and never use. But will express to my club members of your shady advertising practices and erronous statement of me damaging the product and you not honoring your warranty. This item was under $100.00 usc NOT a high priced item. I see you put a very low value on your advertising. This matter will not be kept to myself and fully explained to my friends when asked about purchasing items from your company. Truth in advertising is the hallmark of profitable business practice and word of mouth is your best advertisment. I feel you fell well short of that with they way you served me.     bought an unlocked phone but it is locked to t mobile it wont recognize the verizon visible sim card so it is completely unusable after waiting almost a full month for it to arrive not happy at all. complete waste of time and money
