I never received my phone. Ordered and allegedly shipped Dec 22. Never arrived. UPS shows no record of delivery. Ecommsell the seller has stalled me for weeks, and now I have received email from Back Market telling me: "The merchant will offer a refund but to do so, they must first open an inquiry with the carrier. To carry out this procedure, they will need the following documents: - A photo or a scan of your ID - The signed certificate of non-receipt of the package and commitment to refuse the package if it ever reaches you (see attachment). Please note that a customer's information is strictly personal, and the buyer agrees to keep them confidential. Kindly understand that without this information, we cannot obligate the seller to do a refund for the parcel." Once these documents are received by the merchant, they will have 72 business hours to refund. To speed up the processing of your request, you can send these documents directly to the after-sales service interface of your customer area." I am extremely reluctant to send a "photo of my ID" to vendors who act like scammers. Are you kidding? The whole process has been bad. I'm not going to wait for yet another investigation with UPS, or send my ID to unidentified parties. I'm going to open a charge dispute with Visa. Sad, Back Market. I have used you many times with great results.

LOL, it's supposed to be a clearly white pixel 3, but instead they gave me a pink one. and here is the funny part, ask this question, how can i charge my google phone with an iPhone cable? and now customer service is very hard to reach. great job guys!
