    The phone was in excellent condition and for a great price! I paid $425 and I though that was a very good price. The better life is at 88% and there is some exterior scratches on the side but the phone works perfectly and working with backmarket was a pleasure!

    The body of the iPhone 8 was without any scratches. Impeccable. Only thing I did not appreciate, was the box the iPhone was shipped in. Too big for the iPhone, and I could hear it sliding around and numbing all the edges. Please have a better box, that secures the iPhone more.

    This was my first purchase and it was the Shine category that I went for. Expecting an almost mint condition, I did receive it that way. Everything looked great and it was spotless and it also had a screen protector as well. The battery health showed 81% which was more than the promised 80% on the listing. However, after using it for a few days, I could see the battery started getting discharged abruptly. The battery percent will fall down from 80% to 55% in a second and sometimes the phone would shut down while using. I then used the BackMarket site to report this issue to the seller and they were very prompt in addressing the problem. They asked me to ship the device back and after checking its battery, they installed a new one. I got the phone back in a weeks time and have been using it now for over 2 weeks with no issues at all. The whole transaction was very pleasant and the seller was very helpful and addressed the issue amicably. Only that I had to wait a little longer to use my phone. Thank you BackMarket!

    I went back from a 6s to an iPhone 8. I really haven’t found any significant differences. The only issue I have seen are a few scratches on the front, which can only be seen when the phone is not in use. Great option for the environment!
