    I received it packaged very well and quickly , but the screen has probably a 2 inch scratch on it; if it was for myself I would probably keep it but since it is a Christmas gift for my grandson I want to return it and purchase something else for him. Tell me what I need to do to return this item I can’t make ratings on the other options because it hasn’t been used at all. It forces you to make a rating but it can’t be accurate since we haven’t used the phone

    Fast delivery, the phone is in good condition like it was said in the description. The only downside is the battery that won't last.for a day unless I barely use the phone.(it was mentioned 75% battery capacity in the description). Example: yesterday I turned my phone on at 7:30am, I listened to music for about 40min, had a video call for 30min, took a few pictures and the phone was dead by 8:30pm. If you are someone who use their phone for a lot of things, this phone might not be for you.

    Phone was not unlocked. I was told to go to my carrier and see if they could. Att spent over 30 minutes trying to unlock it but couldn’t. No one from your business could either. I have sent it back and waiting for a refund. Could someone please tell me when to expect the refund.
