    Right now I am very upset. Not only does my new phone not connect to the network but my old phone won't reconnect. So I am now without any connection and must patiently wait for your vendor to get back to me. If i bought directly from VerizonWireless not only would the connection likely have been seamless, but if it did have a problem it would have been solved face-to-face. Not having to work through a third party communication help screen.
