    My very fist iPhone 6s was from Backmarket at it was perfect. No lag, no sudden shutdowns, no issues whatsoever. After a few yearsish it was beaten to hell and physically needed to be replaced...but it still worked amazingly well even with a crushed screen and several falls! It took forever for me to let it go and replace it. So, I went through Backmarket again. The phone came from a different retailer than my first one and has been a constant disappointment. Of course, AFTER the return period. It’ll just decide to shut down in the middle of a call or text or email at 80% power. It stutters. It lags. I have near nothing on it to save space and it still acts like it’s completely overloaded. It’s now getting too hot to plug in safely at night. I’m going to replace it and yes, use BackMarket again because it’s not their fault...it’s the company that the phone came from. But, I need to wait because it’s beyond the guarantee/trial time. I’m so mad. I use it for everything and hate being dependent on a phone - but during Covid it’s a necessity at this point for my kiddo in college and the other in HS, relatives, and so on. Look, I love Backmarket. It’s not them. But when I dig out of my memory or receipts which seller this phone came from, I’m putting them up here as a no-buy warning. Wish me luck!

    The phone front cracked in two places while sitting on a table not touched by anyone. The following two weeks the back of the phone cracked open. And finally the phone fell all to pieces. It still works but the poor kid has to hold it together. I’ve never had a “lemon”phone. Never will buy from you again. Sorry. Connie sanders

    Mostly pretty good, but sound & quality of face time calls aren’t good. Sometimes the sound disappears completely & picture freezes. There was nothing wrong with connection when this happened because we were able to face time with other phones without a problem right after.
