    Very good phone. No scratches and looks brand new. Only issue I have is the home button doesn’t vibrate so it feels weird but that’s the only problem I have. Like it works when I restart the phone but after a few pushes it stops vibrating but I’ve gotten used to it. Very good phone. Shipping came as expected.

We chose replacement, and they replaced with an iPhone 8plus with more memory. That phone has set up perfectly. The original 8plus had 100% battery health, and the second on 91% (for those concerned about that). The phones themselves were in excellent condition. Overall, we are super pleased with this experience. Back Market made sure we we are in good communication. The shipping is a bit slow-first class usps, but we knew that going in. I liked the reassurance that anything amiss would be addressed. And it was. Responses to problems were swift and helpful. Would not hesitate to use this site again. Thanks!
