    Very happy with this purchase! The phone is in great condition. Chose a “fair” condition phone and only with extreme scrutiny was a very small light scratch found on the external shell. Screen is in mint condition & phone functions perfectly well. Will definitely be purchasing from this company again in the future!

    I was in the market for an iPad but I couldn’t really afford a new one and at the same time I had specific things I wanted on it. I originally bought a iPad 4 from Gazelle using Affirm to pay for it. After receiving it I realized it was unable to be updated to the current iOS 14.1, so I returned it. That’s when I started researching for a newer version and another place to make my purchase. I had never looked at Back Market until then. Their website is easy to navigate and they have far more products to choose from. Not only products but loads of information to inform you of what you are looking for. After a day or two of looking for an iPad I decided to go with a WiFi only,128 gb,mini 4 capable of an update to iOS 14.1. The next thing I discovered was I could pay for it using Affirm just like before. Once I qualified with them I returned to Back Market to make my purchase. Back Market has a great customer service department. Greg was in contact with me as soon as I made my final decision. They kept me updated on when my iPad was getting ready to ship, who was handling the delivery and when to expect delivery. I’m sold on all that Back Market has to offer.
