    I first purchased an I Phone 6 plus and Was not aware that they cannot update to the newest software, it was for my daughter who’s 8 so she couldn’t play her games, however backmarket was very easy and helpful with the return and I purchased a newer version on the I phone and it can receive all the updates and the phone works GREAT!     I wanted to wait a couple of months before leaving a review. Here is my entire story: At the end of July 2019, my iphone was stolen. I was unable to recover it and hardly any of my data backed-up appropriately on icloud. I had to go to the Verizon store to get a new SIM card. Enter Back Market. I ordered an iphone 7 that same week, and it arrived in a couple of days. The phone appeared to be in very good condition, but the audio was sub-average at best. When I made phone calls, the person I was talking to had a lot of trouble hearing what I was saying. I tried making multiple calls to various people, and all commented on the poor audio. I reached out to customer service and received an almost instantaneous reply. They sent me a pre-paid shipping label to return the phone, after which they would send me a new iphone7 that the customer service member stated that he would personally test the audio on. I went to the post office and was told that the pre-paid shipping label was not sufficient to send back the phone. I reached out to customer service again, and within hours, received a new pre-paid shipping label that the post office accepted with my package. In a couple of days, I received my new iphone7. It was in great condition and all the buttons and audio features worked perfectly! The accessories were also of incredible quality and condition. It has been about 4 months since I received my iphone7 from Back Market. Despite some initial difficulties, my experience with Back Market has been amazing! Their customer service department is helpful and timely. I have been recommending Back Market to so many people.

    I ordered a rose gold ipad pro 2 in mint condition and it came in such :) arrived very quickly (i did pay for 2 day shipping) and in PERFECT condition. Came fully charged as well. The only thing I’d recommend is packing the device with a little more cushion! It was loosely fit into a box and could slide around a lot. 100% happy with my order!
