    the phone arrived like brand new. That's good. However, the battery is quite low... I am not sure how but I didn't have much of the app in my phone except for FB, Instagram..but the life time of the battery is dying quick. I have to charge the phone 2x a day which I really don't like. **I just found out my current carrier offers for new phone: Note10 plus is buy one get 1 free, so it's just a little bit more expensive than the one I just bought. It's okay I made my decision so I can't complain. The only thing I don't like is the battery dying quickly.
