    The condition of the product was great. I ordered 2 phones that day, one for my wife one for me. The one for my wife I paid more for because it was "stallone" shape(?better shape) and red. Not sure why hers cost more. My phone was in great shape, no hairline scratches on the screen or marks on the exterior. We have have been using our phones and both of us are quite happy with our phones. The minor hairline scratches on the red phone are not visible when the phone is on. We did put screen savers and phone cases on them. Very pleased with both phones. Both phones were delivered the same day one by USPS and the other UPS much sooner than the original date of arrival posted when ordering. I was skeptical of "Back Market" at first but now have no issues at all from ordering from them again. Great deal, great price and great service.

    Originally I was shipped the incorrect device—a GSM phone instead of the CDMA I ordered. When I contacted the seller, they were very responsive, and immediately arranged for me to return the phone at no charge. While they were waiting for the return, they tested the correct phone to make sure it would work with my carrier, and then overnighted it to me after the first phone arrived back to them. The new phone is in excellent condition and works well, though it appears to have one dead pixel. Overall I am highly satisfied with the experience, and I would definitely buy from Back Market again.

    I received my phone and it was in mint condition. I soon realized that the battery had serious issues. It would drain completely in two hours or less or just shut off after a minute of use. Back market has been great in offering to replace the battery free of charge so I sent it back to them and am waiting for it to return. Customer service has been excellent but now I’ll be without my phone for I don’t know how long. Shouldn’t refurbished phones have new batteries installed in the first place?

    Phone was exactly as described, the way it should be. It came a couple of days later than expected but this was because of a delay by USPS. Also it came in only a bubble-wrap envelope (there was no damage but it seems like it easily could have had some...but I suppose they ship a lot of these so they would know).
