    This item seems great so far. The previous order for the Galaxy A51. Not so good. The charger connection for the phone seems damaged and is hard and very slow to charge. That's why I ordered this iphone 11. I want to know how I can return it if I have insurance. I don't remember.

    The protective screen is great. It went on easily and seems sturdy enough to protect my screen from life… and me. The case is not so good. I’m not convinced it will protect my phone, particularly if I drop it and it lands near the bottom of the phone/screen (my last cell phone suffered this fate, and it wasn’t pretty). The rubbery part is flimsy in that area. I used it for a few days until I purchased and received a sturdier case. Now it just sits on a shelf.

    Really good price for a phone case and 2 protective screens! The quality is really good and the screen sticks well, no complaints about the product. Although I ordered it with a phone so I'm kinda sad they both ship separately and the case had to arrive a couple days later.

    For the price the case is working out great. I had issues with the screen protectors as far as installing them properly and ended up just buying a new screen protector that came with an assembly apparatus for about 14 dollars.

    It skips, freezes and doesn’t click when I press on something when I’m on websites and even though the battery is 91% efficient level a charge doesn’t even last 4 hours when I’m doing basic tasks. I really like the phone though. And I can’t afford iPhones normally. But I also don’t want to get frustrated when I need to be on it for 3 hours working.

    Phone works great and protective glass will help too. However, the engravings on the protective were NOT a hit with my granddaughter ( I didn’t realize the etchings on the cover till I opened the box. It would be better with a choice of black and clear. Clear as many students put their ID in with their phone to be able to show their ID when needed. My recommendation for cases colored: plain black or clear and give choice option to buyer.

    Clear case perfect. no complaints. Screen protector slightly warped at the edges. Protector lifts away from screen around the edges more on one side vs the other side. cannot get protector to fully stay down. I have done this many times in the past, for my entire family successfully and yet I cannot get stupid protector to stay down along edges of phone screen.

    Never broke a screen before or used a screen protector for over a decade. I had cases that protected fine. But it finally happened on my old iPhone6s when dropped flat on concrete and shattered the screen. So after upgrading to iPhone12 mini, I also added the case and protective screen. Can't say how well it will protect, but no matter what I do I can't get the air bubbles out. They reappear in the same places-3 edges, 3 corners- after doing all the remedies and reinstalling twice. Meticulously cleaned the screen and followed instructions to the tee when installing. It's not very visible when the screen is active but obvious when it's not. So not sure if I'm impressed or not. Hopefully the protection is worth the minor nuances.

    Ordered my 12&13 mini’s in excellent condition and they can that way! The 13mini is terrific if you’ve never tried one. Apple is making big mistakes these days the phone is the size of a credit card and performs like the bigger ones. The return envelope was late and you’ll probably have to drop it off at the box store to get your trade value. Needed to create an eSIM mine was from my iPhone 4!
