    The phone is OK. Don't like that they switched the volume buttons to the right. Inconvenient. I am an apple gal with an android budget so I will never be that happy. I have missed my iPhone for 15yrs! But this one was pristine looking and had 65% charge out of the box! The site is easy to navigate and is very funny. It seems like a group who has a good time.

    I purchased a Samsung Galaxy 21+ and a case to match. I was impressed with the price and indeed the product was received in good time, in good order and I was quite satisfied. I also made an arrangement to trade in the old phone for $4. When the time came to complete the trade in agreement, I was asked to enter my bank routing number and my account number at said bank. My decision was... No one in their right mind would give that kind of information to, pretty much ANYONE. Much less a brand new startup with unproven history. Call me whatever you wish but that was just a ridiculous request.

    The phone seems fine. It's a noticeable learning curve for an old geezer and former Android user. For example, it took 2.5 hours on the phone with an Apple tech, after I spend 4-5 hours on my own, just to get the bugger working. And it keeps wanting me to do stuff I have no idea about, but am sure I don't need or want.
