    Phone was in the condition it was described but it had a lot of yellow dust in the crevices of the device which I had to clean myself. There was also a weird yellow paste, plays dough like, on the speaker and microphones holes of the device which I also had to clean myself.

    Over all I always have a good experience with Back Market and I recommend Back Market to anyone interested in purchasing a good refurbed phone. Only one thing went wrong with this order. The charger was not good and we have been sharing a charger with each other until we get a new one. But I am stilll not disappointed with your service nor the quality of your product.

    The iPhone 15 is great! The case, not so much. There is no strength to the case, as you grab the phone the case stretches and almost comes off. Not very protective! Silicone is not the way to go...

    Everything was fine in the beginning of my order I was so excited getting my phone and my case and everything, but I had a problem with the address and I got it wrong twice but I tried to fix my address the second time when I retyped the address.
