    Aside from not sending the color that I ordered, my Galaxy S20 was impeccable. If I didn't know that it was a refurbished phone, I would have thought it was brand new. The savings was significant. Would have been nicer to have come with a screen protector already installed.

    The fact that it was made from recycled materials impressed me. It fit the phone perfectly and the protective screen is easy to apply. However, I have always been an Otterbox person and prefer the durability of the Otterbox. I kept the protective screen on the phone but replaced the case with what I am used to. If I ever trade the phone for a new one I will include the BackMarket case with the trade-in.
