    The phone was received in very good condition. Easy set up and functions fine. The protective case and screen protector was easy to install. All good Only problem now is receiving the refund for the old phone that was sent in according to the instruction and it was received and I was told the refund was being processed. I have received 2 emails wanting me to send in the phone for my refund. Whats going on?

    I appreciate back market making it easy to buy the best choice like this screen protector. It is the best I have ever used and their kit made it so easy to apply. I didn’t shop around for this and just picked the top one back market showed me so I am really impressed with the quality! I was mainly buying for the screen protectors but the case is nice too. The case has a very soft texture that feels nice but it is not a very protective case, if that is what you are looking for.

    Perfectly. I'm an ATT customer so I took the new phone to the ATT guy and he did all the transfer an d setup. About 400 minutes, no charge. The phone arrived in just a day or two, expertly packed, the case took much longer. I traded in my old iPhone 12, fair price, and the trade in shipping was very smooth - really no effort on my pert. I chose Back Market on recommendation from Chat Bot or Gemini, don't remember which.

    Case fit nicely. Screen protectors had some bubbles that were difficult to remove. A small squeegee would be helpful here. I ultimately wasted both of the screen protectors trying to de-bubble the install.
