    I bought this phone almost two years ago now and it has been incredibly reliable and efficient. The only issue after all this time is difficulty is recently with the charging port and the occasional shutting down out of nowhere. Would most definitely recommend backmarket and this phone.

    This is my 2nd Refurbished S10E. I can honestly say there is a difference in quality from this one I bought from Backmarket and Amazon, with this one being the better of the two. The battery life lasts much longer. If someone is on the fence about buying a refurb from backmarket I'm hear to tell you to buy it. I've had a positive experience and I plan to buy any phone I need from Backmarket. The grade was "Good" and it's literally flawless! Thank you to the people who refurbished the phone and also to Backmarket. I'm so glad we know each other now. :)

    I have to admit, I was very nervous about buying a refurbished phone from a site I've never used before. I'm happy to say that so far I have no regrets. I didn't think I'd ever have a newer phone because of how expensive they are nowadays. The phone I ordered is in perfect condition, the shipping was really fast, and the price was unbelievable!     Howdy… I bought 2 iPhones, an I pad, and a MacBook Air from you and all they were all great. The MacBook is wonderful as is the iPhone 8 which I’m using right now and is my main communications device. My iPad, however, is not so good. Shortly after is arrived (about a month, actually, the on/off button on the top, which had always been kind of sluggish, stuck down and refused to pop back up. It kept turning itself on and off continuously until one day I plugged it in to power and to my surprise it loaded up and ran perfectly. I found out that as long as it was fully charged it would work acceptably. A year later three LED’s went dark but I continued to use it and still do. My questions are: 1. Can the iPad be repaired? 2. What would I benefit from upgrading any of the units I have; iPhone 8, iPad (if it were fixed), or MacBook Air (which is tremendous). I’m rambling.. see ya. -L

    absolute junk. I started having issues with the performance of the refurbished phone within 30 days but while attempting to resolve the issues through software updates and resets, the 30-day return window is now expired. I contacted customer service who will not give me any option other than a $20 go away payment or send my phone in for repair (up to 9 business days plus shipping time). I offered to pay for different refurbished device upfront and ship my current defective device back for credit and that option was not even considered. Still frustratingly working through customer service waiting for answers and resolution. Not sure if Back Market is the issue or the independent seller.

    Phone looked great. No problems when using it on wifi. Just had to return it because it wouldn't connect to sim. Which isn't something that can be tested when refurbishing since even dealers have to pay for service and sim cards. So that's why I'm rating 4 stars. But will definitely order another phone in the future.
