    Truthfully Greg, I have not gotten my phone to work yet. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy a 71 5G 128 gig unlocked. That's exactly what I got and it's supposed to be Verizon compatible. After how many hours on the phone I found out that it's was originally T-Mobile. Since I have my service through Straight Talk and my cell towers are Verizon. They will not transfer my phone number. I'm still trying to get this all resolved... Any suggestions? Hello again Greg, I tried to contact the seller through your message and I cannot get a connection to them. I have tried to activate the phone with my phone number and I am told that the phone is activated through Sprint. I was buying an unlocked phone Verizon capable and evidently I got a Sprint phone. The phone does have a Sprint logo and the top left corner of the screen. Is there a phone number that I can call so that I can talk to someone about this. This has been in tirely too much trouble and I need help! William
