    I bought this phone from Back Market in the best condition I could possibly select, and the phone is still fairly defective; it provides the minimal functionality I need, but the screen alternately responds to things I am not doing, or will not respond to touch; in other words, it is unusable a significant amount of the time. I raised this issue with customer support, and indicated that I would like to get the phone replaced with one that works properly, but that I could not get a replacement, I would have to send my current phone in, wait for it to arrive and be repaired, and wait for it to be sent back; all told, this would likely take more than a week. I expressed that this was not an option for me, and that although the phone is deeply frustrating to use, I still cannot be without a cell phone for a week for work reasons. The response I received from customer service ignored this concern and effectively reiterated the policy. I have recommended Back Market to people in the past but after this experience I certainly will advise people not to use it.
