    the phone was good at first the only thing that bothered me was that it died on 10% or 5% , also i noticed the back camera was a little blurry. but now, my sound is randomly cutting out, it’s making static sounds and like air sounds, it hasn’t been near water or anything, i’ve been good with it this whole time, it’s just acting weird now, freezing , and it’s slow

    From the start there were battery problems with this phone. We sent it back once for repair. There was never any communication with us about what had been done to fix the problem, they just sent the phone back to us stating that it had been fixed. After we received the "fixed phone" the problems continued. We sent it back again and then they just sent us back a refund and said they could not fix the battery problem. This seems like crappy customer service overall. Very poor communication about what was wrong with it.

    So far so good. To be honest, seems a little slower on start up than I expected but not unbearably slow. But I'm probably being nit picky. It's fine. It has a scuff on the back, but the tablet was listed as the lowest condition and the scuff is covered by a cover anyway.
