    I bought this controller for my husband, as he needed a new one. I waited and waited and waited, even though I paid extra for shipping. You can imagine my surprise when my package said it had arrived and I checked where, and it showed it was in Wisconsin. We live in missouri. I contacted back market and they took 24 hours to respond each time I reached out to them. Exactly 24 hours every single time. I couldn’t message them more than once or get more than one response from them. Anyways, I ended contacting the seller directly and they told me to get back with back market because I must’ve been provided the wrong tracking number. Well, back market customer service let me know that wasn’t the case(after 24 hours, of course). It took me five days of going back and forth to get my refund. Did you know when you purchase expedited shipping and a warranty, that they don’t refund you for it? Just the controller. So I’m out 35 bucks. My experience was horrible. I was a loyal customer for years before this incident. It’s like the company got bought out and went to shit.
