    It was almost the same price at Walmart brand new, it said it had a disc drive but it doesn't, and there is something wrong with the mouse pad that wasn't mentioned in the description. Besides that, it's a used laptop. It works.

    The laptop didn’t even arrive and they had the AUDACITY to say that they did deliver it and that it was EVEN “SIGNED” by the recipient. What I think happened is that the system said “Delivered & signed” because they RE-USED the signature from the phones (received) INTO THE LAPTOP delivery information without my permissto say that I allegedly signed and received the laptop when I never received or signed ANY laptop and I think that’s VERY VERY LAME and irresponsible. They were trying to make me responsable for something that was never delivered and therefore IT WAS NEVER SIGNED or received. After my complaints and the investigation they figured I was right and DID NOT even send me another laptop. Yes, I got a refund but I needed a laptop and it was not me who fucked up. The time I spent making the order, sending complaints, bothering neighbors and people near me, filling a form and waiting on their responses, has been terrible, I lost my time FOR NOTHING because I am leaving without the Laptop. And the fact that they tried to make me think that JUST BECAUSE the system said that I signed (when I know I did not) when I’m telling you I didn’t and this is not my first time being your client- I hope you see now that your system is not an absolute true and that it can be wrong- my signature was definitely re-used without my permission. Horrible buying experience this time.

    Battery doesn't hold a charge and the power supply doesn't work. Going to have to take it somewhere to get fixed, it won't stay powered. If those two things worked, I'd be happy but I will have to spend upwards of another $100 and hopefully I can get it working. Not sure of the performance of the computer until I figure this out, just hoping that is the only thing that is wrong with it. Definitely disappointed that I'm not able to use the product out of the box and not sure when I'll be able to afford fixing.
