    The laptop seems to be in good working order so far. Cosmetically, I think I received a “fair” condition product when I paid for one in “good” condition. The inspection sheet I received also notes that the laptop is in “c” grade. Additionally, the refurbisher did not take the time to clean the laptop so it was really grubby and sticky when I received it and the keyboard is full of crumbs. I’ve purchased other items on this site and have never had that issue before so it makes me question the level of care/ attention to detail that went into refurbishing the product.
