    I was charged for $1.99 and sent an email to a 'no reply' asking why? How am I supposed to get a hold of someone and why was I charged $1.99 that I did not agree to and have no idea why? This is something that should be told upfront to the customer and there should be a way to 'contact us' on the website instead of 'Greg' who doesn't exist.

    The Samsung chrome book was in good condition I received it pretty quickly! My only issue with it as of now is that I have a difficult time trying to connect to my hp printer. The problem may be my printer and not the laptop . I will update the review when I find out .

    Unless you can give me explicit instructions on how to get Google PlayStore to load and work on both of the Lenovo Yoga 11e Chromebooks, then I am very upset that I can not either of these computers for my daily work. I looked it up before I bought these Lenovo Yoga 11e Chromebooks and it said that Gen 4 and Gen 5 of this model were Google PlayStore equipped. There was no way to verify what Gen level this computer was at before purchase There was no way to call you on the phone. ....or is there now that I have a serious problem and need a full refund??
