    Well, to start with, the choices online were great, and I picked the items that are important to me, then the shipping was very quick, and the Laptop arrived in great shape, well protected. I bought this for my wife, and setting it up was very easy and intuitive, and in no time at all, she was up and running. The only issue is that she does not like the touchpad, so I bought her a mouse and a docking station, so she now has even more options on connectivity and she is enjoying her new Chromebook every day. Great prices too.

    Great little laptop in excellent condition. Purchased from FireStar Electronics. Looks brand new. Doesn't look like anything has been serviced inside. HP battery is from 2022 and has 80% health with 214 cycles. My unit came with what appears to be a 400 nit touch-enabled display which is nice. SSD model is SK hynix PC801 HFS256GEJ9X101N. It runs Linux well.

    I think the condition is better than fair, in fact I think it's good for a used Computer. I'm very happy with this so far. I know about Chromebooks and hardly use Windows anymore.     This is my 2nd Chromebook. The first was purchased from Back Market in 2022 and I loved it. I hated to recycle it, but it had long stopped getting updates and was starting to not allow me to do certain tasks. So I went back on BM and an tried to find myself another one with a few years of updates left for a reasonable price. This one had three years of updates left and the price was right. I will continue to use it for a few years past the updates because I only use for certain functions. Surprise, surprise...this is a touch screen. I actually thought I chose one that said it wasn't a touchscreen, but so be it. It's fine, but not a tool I will use hardly at all. My only complaint is the sound. When you are using it on a desk/table, it's okay because the speakers are on the bottom (??), but on a lap, it sucks. Super tinny. Not a fan. Why put speakers on the bottom? I will look for this in the future and avoid it. So overall, it's a good machine for what I want it to be, but I would choose a Dell in the future over the Lenovo for the sound.
