    I bought this for my mother who wanted a touch screen with decent performance. all she does is watch videos and surf internet. a few days after she received new accompanier. she was having warnings on computer with red alerts saying porn is infected this computer. she couldn't do anything on it and got scared. I told her to do a reset. she did a wash and ended up removing her Gmail also. so all passwords and saved stuff with acct lost its seems fine. but still something was up with it and hope it not a thing thanks bryan

    I chose a "fair" condition laptop. When it arrived, the screen hinge was loose. Refurbisher took it back, at no charge, fixed it, and returned it promptly. I've done all I can do with it in the last few days to test it out and it's working perfectly. Excellent value for the price and great customer service. Highly recommend!

    This seller has sent us the wrong charger twice. When I first received it, the computer wouldn't even turn on and i noticed the charger was incompatible. So i contact Backmarket for a RETURN/REFUND because i knew i wouldn't have the patience for a back and forth. I sent it off, a few weeks later received back the same item, nothing changed but the packaging. I started to contact them on here again, but i will contact them by phone and will update this feedback when I do. Note: This is not user error by any means, I've checked the compatibility of the two items too many times and for further context I've purchased 3 other items from backmarket over the last couple years & they came with no issues whatsoever so it's definitely the seller. If I can attach photos in my updated review, I will.
