    The whole experience was horrible. I ordered on a Tuesday I believe, Ipaid for 2 day shipping, did not get shipped out till the following Monday. My package then took 9 days to get to me. I open it up to set up the laptop, the keyboard barely works and becomes super hot after less than a hour of work. I just got it and I'm requesting a refund same day. There goes 9 days of my life plus however long it takes me to order another one. For the money I spent, it should not have been like this.

    Touchscreen is super hard and doesn't work all the time. The hinges are weak and it won't stay in position like it's supposed to. System is fast however, and works when using an external mouse instead of track pad or touch screen.

    Good product. However, it should be stated that these are outside their AUE. I had to install a newer version of Chrome and it works as intended. OLD CHROME does not work as it doesn't have the html etc. So that's my fault for not doing the research :)
