    Honestly soooooo much higher than my expectations! I have always been so nervous about used electronics, especially laptops, but this thing is so smooth and the condition was extremely better than I expected, like brand new! 10/10! I did learn the day after that I do have the completely wrong laptop, but it's still really nice!

    When I opened the box, it looked like it hadn’t even been used, except for a small scrape on the bottom of the screen. This thing flies and does everything I need it to. The screen is better than my old MacBook Pro making streaming great. The backlit keyboard is a great for working in low light. My only gripes are is the keyboard itself feels a little flimsy and the amount of inputs (coulda done without the HDMI). This Acer is a great value and I’d recommend it and Backmarket to anyone!

    I'm happy to no longer be getting ominous popups telling me I'm using unsupported software. I still don't have Chrome navigation in my body memory, so I continue to use Windows shortcuts like to try to switch between recently used tabs. Since I use a Windows machine at work, I may never fully internalize what I should be using on this machine. I'm also looking for a way to connect my hearing aids to the audio from this. They require Bluetooth Low Energy, and the Chromebook transmits regular Bluetooth. I thought that any adapter would solve that problem, but what I read (and heard yesterday at Office Depot) suggests otherwise.

    The package came fast, it had minor scratches (I was expecting worse so thats good that it only came with minor scratches). I ordered on the 26th of June and it cane the 28th of June. All the plugs work no problems (yet). It reminds me of a school chrome book.

    This Dell 7410 Chromebook turns out to be better than described. It was listed as "Good" & yet should have been described as "Excellent". It looks virtually unused. This ended up being the 2n1 aluminum bodied version. It has very nice build quality as expected for the original price-point. Just a note on set up for anyone that gets one of these as it is an Enterprise Chromebook, it wants to be set up with a company account. It gives an option to set it up as a personal device instead but after I clicked on that option, it would not let me choose a WIFI network to sign into. I ended up having to use a USB to Ethernet adapter & plugging it into my router to complete set up. So just a heads up on that detail. Now that it is up & running, everything onit is working great.

    pretty happy overall given the decent price, but The website clearly states all laptops regardless of condition are 100% functional and have a minimum of 85% battery health. the laptop I received is at 78% apon arrival according to the laptops self diagnostics. as stated, given the price, this is nothing to cause a fuss about, but it does lead me to leave a review of 4/5 for this reason. also, my power indicator LED flashes a slow orange , which when researching could indicate an issue with the battery, but so far I haven't noticed anything to warrant true concern. I get around 4 or so hours on a full chargem
