    I ordered the excellent condition one for context. The most important piece from this review is to have your own charger by the time the iPad arrives. When I got the box it was very dented and I was worried about the product inside. For context It was shipped by USPS and in a USPS box. It was heavily bubble wrapped and fine, but to whoever packages the products I would suggest a sturdier box. There were no scratches. I was anticipating a long first charge since other reviews mentioned that but it came fully charged. It seemed to charge slower than the iPad used up power with the charger it came with (normal/light use). Luckily it was just the cable and I could use one of my other USB-c chargers. The iPad itself operates great. If I didn’t know better I would think it’s brand new. My only “complaints” are out of the refurbisher’s control (actual features of the product from manufacturer) so I won’t bother leaving them here. I run a lot of powerful programs and it handles it like a champ. I was expecting one (CSP) to eat up the battery but I can get by one one charge a day if I use it for hours on end. I have had a charge that lasted almost 3 days with normal use. The screen is very bright. I usually keep it at 1/3 of the way up comfortably. The speakers are also great. I can watch movies several feet away with the volume not all the way up and it also has a pretty good sound quality.

    I love the color so I bought a clear otterbox case for it and glass shield screen protector :) I don’t really like bigger phones however I was told 8 plus was one of apples best iPhones :) I was told the 6s plus and the 8 plus were apples best however I do not know how true that is :) I just know I bought an iPhone 7 rose good 128gb unlocked three different times and the speaker kept going out before a year was up so figured I would go another route these phones are expensive expensive expensive...     It is my first purchase at BackMarket and I bought a 256GB iPhone 8 Plus I was sincerely concerned about the state of phone and generally because I bought it from outside the United States. But the phone is in perfect condition, the battery takes much longer than I thought, the only problem is that it didn't come with charger, only with lightning cable but excellent quality cable.     When I first got this phone for my daughter I was a little skeptical. I don't usually buy refurbished products for the simple fact of you don't know what you are really getting. Since she did want a X and I didn't want to pay the 1,000 dollars for it I found myself here. I ordered the phone and it got here within a 2 weeks! When we unboxed it it was in almost PERFECT condition, there were no scratches, cracks, or any external damage. Key word external! This week she kept complaining about some of her keys not working and her phone was always dying. So we took to the internet and saw that it is probably an internal problem. Since there was no problem on our end GadgetGone took it back with no problems. GadgetGone had great customer service and provided a pre-paid shipping label! Everything has been going well so far. All in all, the phone was good at first with some minor problems along the line. GadgetGone has great customer service, and I would definitely buy again from this seller. One thing that I will say is that make sure you ask about the "battery health" because my daughters battery health was only 87%.

    The pros [a two year full warranty (awesome). flawless appearance, a new USB charging cable (no other accessories as forewarned), unlocked] far outweigh the negatives for me [battery has 88% of its original capacity (as forewarned) and (being 6 yrs old technology) drains kind of fast imho (so I leave the phone in sleep mode, charging while I'm at home with it)]. I will be using my iphone mostly for the occasional call/text/photo when I'm not home, so it will meet my needs just fine. This is my first smartphone, and Apple's accessibility options help me cope with tremors (for example, using a stand alone keyboard to input information in a tiny window, such as for setting up my AT&T email account; the other option in the future might be acquiring a smartphone with a stylus).

    I like the vibe of this company everyone seems to mean well and do their best. That said, here's my story. First, ultimately everything that happened was my fault. Second, maybe it's best to pay a bit more and buy new. I had the opportunity to return my iPad and I didn't; I just loved how it looked and felt. Now that I look back at the description the condition was listed as fair. Perhaps a bit less than fair, but I carried on hoping for the best. I got the worst. Soon I realized it couldn't take a decent charge, then after having the battery replaced I learned that the CPU was failing. Not so uncommon for this year I later learned. Okay, a few hundred later, with a new battery and 'motherboard' (I know frightening little about these although Apple machines have been a part of my life since the first Apple II), then one of the two 'coils' failed. Game over. Like a bad stock, I had to take my loss. My computer guy gave me a hundred bucks for the dead metal and plastic iI now owned and even he fell badly for my misfortune. I probably logged a total of 20 usable hours. Damn, I hate wasting money, but like I said, my bad for falling in love another Apple.
