    Shipping was super fast and the product was just as described. The phone looked almost brand new except for a few very tiny scratches on the back (which was mentioned in details of the condition I purchased it in). Would definitely order again. I did not have to deal with customer service because everything went smoothly so I can’t comment on that.

    All points with Back Market are positive! The site allowed us to find the model, color, specs, and condition we wanted at a good value. Terms for returns were reasonable, and critical in our case - we wouldn't have made the purchase without this option. Communications including Notices on shipment and tracking were all meaningful. The product was in excellent condition - we wouldn't have known it wasn't new (except not in the original packaging, of course). We did decide to return it within the 30-day period due to a preferred product *just* having come available. The return was flawless - quick response from the vendor, all communications friendly and helpful, with Back Market checking on us all the while. I would definitely recommend buying from Back Market.

    I chose good condition and I'm very pleased with what I got. The screen does have some scratches that appear to be in rows like being vibrated against something but as soon as I put on a glass screen protector you can not see them.
