    Product is great. I bought a similar one for my 73 year old mom (who's remedial at best when it comes to technology). Easy to set-up and operate. Honestly the BEST part of all of this is the BackMarket experience. My phone arrived earlier than expected - which is a miracle in this supply-chain nightmare time.     This phone is perfect! came in gorgeous condition just as I asked works normally all features are perfect. However, for paying over $600 for this phone, I thought that I would be getting an apple phone charger that would last me a while, instead I got some cheap charger cord with no box to plug in. The charger bent super easily & only lasted about a week. The box also came pretty crushed but I think that might be USPS's fault. Shipping took a bit longer than expected but was not the dealers fault. Overall a really good experience. Glad I bought a refurbished phone instead of a new one! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
