    phone arrived in less than a week, it worked great and the condition was good, besides a couple scratches but that’s minor in my opinion. in the past when i’ve bought refurbished phones from other websites i wasn’t able to activate it with my service provider, so with this phone i was afraid i would have problems but i was able to activate it fairly easy. i will definitely be using backmarket again and i hope everyone who uses it has as good as an experience as i had.

    I have purchased from BackMarket before but it was for a pair of headphones the first time. This time, I had to replace my iPhone X and I selected the "Fair" option on here since it was more affordable. The phone I received had almost no scratches anywhere (back, screen, sides etc.) plus the battery works better than my previous one! I ordered mine on 12/14/21 and received it on 12/16/21 via express shipping which was an additional $30. My phone was perfectly packaged and the seller included a high end charger which has been a life saver! Overall, I am very satisfied with my order. It was seamless and I feel like I got a great deal.     I had a good experience buying this iPad Pro and then returning it. At first I wanted to save money so I bought the 2020 model. Pretty quickly after I got it (and delivery was fast) I realized that the latest gen, 2021 model, would be better for my purpose: graphic design. The seller was pleasant and professional.     Wow!! I have had my iPhone 8 Plus, now, for a little over a week I believe & I’m loving everything about it. The quality it came to me, resembles a brand new one. I’m highly impressed.
