    I like the vibe of this company everyone seems to mean well and do their best. That said, here's my story. First, ultimately everything that happened was my fault. Second, maybe it's best to pay a bit more and buy new. I had the opportunity to return my iPad and I didn't; I just loved how it looked and felt. Now that I look back at the description the condition was listed as fair. Perhaps a bit less than fair, but I carried on hoping for the best. I got the worst. Soon I realized it couldn't take a decent charge, then after having the battery replaced I learned that the CPU was failing. Not so uncommon for this year I later learned. Okay, a few hundred later, with a new battery and 'motherboard' (I know frightening little about these although Apple machines have been a part of my life since the first Apple II), then one of the two 'coils' failed. Game over. Like a bad stock, I had to take my loss. My computer guy gave me a hundred bucks for the dead metal and plastic iI now owned and even he fell badly for my misfortune. I probably logged a total of 20 usable hours. Damn, I hate wasting money, but like I said, my bad for falling in love another Apple.

    The watch was locked and I could not pair it with my iPhone, it took too long to get a response from the seller and when I did the issue still was not resolved, I was told that I could get a refund or exchange, I wanted an exchange then I was told that they did not have an exchange. I asked for an invoice about a week ago with the serial number on it so that I can get Apple to help unlock the phone and I still have received it.
