    The watch was great, but I couldn't pair it with my old iPhone (6+). So, unfortunately, I had to send it back. I don't know if I missed something about that when I ordered, but if it wasn't listed anywhere, you might want to comment up front on the need for at least IOS 14.

    Great phone came WAY early than it was supposed to! It was supposed to come the 16th but it came the 12th! I’m very happy with the delivery time! The only thing that I didn’t have was a cube in the box. Other than that it was perfect!

    I just got the phone today, a day earlier than it had said mind you, which is great. My old phone was having extremely bad battery issues and no longer got updates. In regards to first opening the package: I had a tiny shock when the package arrived as it had been torn, as well as when I opened it and found a charger for Apple phones. That all aside, once I opened the bubble wrap it was in it was clear to see that the phone was what I had ordered. Onto the phone itself: Only issue I had and still have with the phone is that when I went to put my sim card in, this phone didn't want to eject the sim card holder. I can look past that as I so far love the phone right now. Hopefully it gives me no other issues than that. That aside I'm happy with it.

    The condition we purchased was “excellent”, listed here as “very good”. We found little scratches all over the glass. So that means the glass was not protected. This is not what I consider “excellent” or “very good”. Can we get a price reduction? Addendum: customer service helped us resolve this matter.     The iPhone SE came in perfect condition. I bought it to replace my SE that I found smashed in the middle of the road. Thankfully the SIM card was retrievable so I didn't have to deal with the phone company. I loved the SE, its size its simplicity, it's all I need in a phone.
