    I am so unhappy with BackMarket. I’ve ordered 3 phones and all 3 of them had issues that made them unusable. The first had faulty audio that made phone calls sound tinny and garbled, the second would randomly turn off during mid-use and disconnect from Bluetooth with any tap, and the third was NOT unlocked for my carrier despite the listing claiming it was fully unlocked. And with the second phone the seller didn’t give me a full refund and I only realized later when double checking the amounts. This has been the worst experience for buying a used phone.
