    iPhone is flawless and came with a screen protector on it! The shipping came early and on a weekend. The only thing is I have not be able to connect it to my Apple Watch that my iPhone 7plus was connected to previously. After serval watch resets still unsuccessful connecting it, but who knows if it’s the phone or the watch or the software.

    I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro that came with a 2-year warranty and I truly could not be more happy with this purchase. The esthetic condition was listed as "very good" but it is almost completely mint. The camera and buttons work perfectly and the phone functions like it is absolutely brand new.     The phone was having ghost touch issue, which apparently is common on iphone X. I took it to Geek Squad and they said it is not covered under warrenty because apple says the problem has already been fixed on this phone, or something like that, and therefor they cannot fix it. I returned the phone to backmarket and bought a refurbished phone from apple, to avoid anymore headaches.

    when they said "mint", they meant it. the iphone is in perfect condition with not a mark on it. the camera is flawless and with 128GB i can't imagine we will be upgrading any time soon. we specifically wanted an iphone 7 plus bc it was the last model with lightning connector for charging. we aren't ready to start figuring out how to charge our phones in the car & at the office...
