    They do not seem to be honest. I only wanted ONE thing, an unlocked Pixel 7. I don't care about the color or really the condition as long as the screen isn't cracked. I got the Pixel 7, and yes, it was: LOCKED. So they offered only a return, but no help unlocking it. No offer to find an unlocked phone.

    Physically the phone is in good condition, however, this phone is still under contract, therefore not only it can't be unlocked but also it won't work by inserting an AT&T SIM card. It was locked to a previous contract! The only resolution was to put this phone on an AT&T plan, activate it, and wait for 60 days in order to be able to unlock it. This defeats the purpose of getting this phone. I was planning to unlock this phone and put it on a different network and add a foreign eSIM when travel abroad. I knew this phone was locked to AT&T network but no where it was mentioned that this phone is still under contract.
