    Ear piece on device does not work properly. All calls are muffled and speaker has to be used to even be able to remotely hear calls. “Insurance” only covers sending device back to original seller while leaving you without a phone for 2 weeks or so based on shipping transport and if seller can even repair. Unless you have 2 phones already, don’t waste the money on the “insurance”.

    I was assuming it was going to be in fair condition but instead I got a phone that looked like it had been ran over. It had very very deep scratches in the screen. It had concrete scratches in the body and it was absolutely disgusting. There was dirt caked in every crevice. I will not buy from this seller again. The packaging was horrible ! And it was sent through the United States Postal Service, and threw into my mailbox.
