    For the most part the overall product is in good conditions. It’s getting the job done being the fact that my old phone completely crashed on me. The only reasons I didn’t rate 5 stars are because I first was having issues with the device reading the SIM card. Got that resolved but now I’m dealing with an overheating battery. That’s the reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5

    I was obligated to get a new iPhone by my employer due to security restrictions. Naturally, my employer won't reimburse me for my purchase, so I did the bare minimum to get what I needed. I jumped from an antiquated iPhone 8 to a not-quite-old iPhone 12, fair condition. In my experience, phones are all but indestructible, so the external physical condition of it didn't concern me. It arrived a few days later, and holds a full charge. I checked the batter health and it's at 95%, more than I expected. Now I've got a case for it and it feels brand new. Couldn't be happier. I'll be back next year for an iPhone 13, I'm sure.
