    This is the second 12 Mini I bought from BackMarket. The first phone was tremendous until it escaped my pocket and slipped into a dumpster I was filling during a demolition weekend at our rental. It was a plucky little phone laughing at me all the way to the landfill where it could be seen on the Find My Iphone app. This one is no different. BackMarket shipped super fast and I was back up and communicating with the...like 2 or maybe 3 people who are willing to do so. Very pleased and have recommended BackMarket to everyone I know....all 3 of them.

    2nd time I’ve ordered a phone from BackMarket. (That should tell you something!). The experience both times has been great! The 2nd phone arrived in a few days, and we’ve had no problems with it.
