    The phone is perfect. Is like i bought a new iphone 12 from Apple. I ordered the exclent Iphone 12, and is exactly what i got. It does not have a single scratch. The battery condition is at 100% (and i didnt ordered a new battery). The problem i had was with the delivery. This seller uses UPS and he does not deliver to PO BOX, so we had to change the delivery address when the package was already delivered and that was a headacke. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

    I bought a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro, and although the phone itself looks great, with very little scratches, the overall phone is slow. It freezes at times to where I have to reboot it/restart it. The back button also gets stuck and will not work. I am not totally unhappy with the phone, just wished that it worked as I was hoping it would. Especially for the money I spent on it.

    The iPhone 12 pro was in good condition-no scratches or marks and the screen was good, however, the battery was 87% and I was expecting over 90. Also, the keys on the screen do not respond to my touch as did my old phone, iPhone SE. The price is good, so maybe I am expecting too much I wanted to try a refurbished phone. next time I think I’ll buy a brand new phone.

    This is the first refurbished phone I purchased and I was extremely nervous about the quality of the product I would receive. I spent several days exploring numerous sites and reading all the reviews. I Google "top refurbished phone sites" and although Back Market was in the top 4, I decided to order an iPhone 12 Pro Max from Amazon Renewed instead because it felt "safer" since Amazon is a household name. Initially Amazon said it would arrive in 5-7 days. The day before it was supposed to arrive, I received a notice that it wouldn't arrive until nearly 4 weeks later. I had been looking at Back Market prior to Amazon so I cancelled my order from Amazon and ordered the exact same phone from Back Market. I placed my order on a Sunday evening, received confirmation that it would process and ship the next business day, and it did! My phone arrived on Wednesday. Back Market also offers a veteran's discount so if you are a veteran be sure to utilize this benefit and thank you for your service! The best part is, I got the same phone for $200 cheaper on Back Market than I would have paid on Amazon Renewed. The phone was in excellent condition (as ordered) and looked brand new. I also appreciate the witty humor in their communication. They also offer instructions on how to transition over to your new phone (helpful for a non-techy like me). If you're on the fence or worried about the credibility of this site or the phone you will receive, don't be. Get off the fence and place your order, you'll be glad you did...and then tell everyone you know and then write an amazing review.

    Quality of the product is excellent as the grade I chose, I’m amazed of how it looks brand new. You wouldn’t even tell it’s refurbished and reborn, I’m in love with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The battery percentage is 86% which is not bad and I’m more than satisfied with it as this isn’t a brand new phone. The phone functions so smooth and well, well that’s day 1 of using it, I guess I’ll have to give it a month but I don’t think I’ll encounter technical issues.
