    So far the phone has worked great and I’ve had no issues, I am however pretty disappointed with the condition it arrived. I chose the good condition which with my last order had my phone come in flawless. This time though the phone screen had some deep scratches that you can physically sink your nails into. They aren’t super visible when the phone is on but still noticeable.

    The iPad seems to work great, so far. And I so appreciate the price. However, there are some sticky smudges on the back which surprised me because this was listed as “Excellent condition”. But, my main concern is the packaging it was mailed in. While it was wrapped several times with paper and bubble wrap, it was in a box that was too big for it and so it was bouncing around in there. Which explains why the iPad was talking to me from the box when it was delivered, lol. The power button had gotten pressed, and by the time I opened it the battery was down to 20%.

    App search was great. Used the notification option to find a price drop on the phone I was looking for and got a bargain price. However I was a little disappointed in the condition rating. I bought a "Good" condition phone which came with a 2" scratch in the center of the screen that is visible at arms length away. Definitely not a perfect screen as a "Good" condition is supposed to be. Getting a 1 year warranty on a used phone was my biggest reason for going with Back Market. Also sold my old phone thru Back Market. Easy, quick and good price.

    I am impressed with the quality of the phone and battery!! My iPhone 11 Pro Max had 72% battery health so going to this phone with 100% was amazing. I ordered a “fair condition” and it looks like an “excellent condition.” No scratches, no dents, and no marks. Thank you so much! Only downside was that this phone doesn’t have a sim port like I thought it would but my carrier was able to activate the phone with no issues.

    Bought this iPhone for the Mrs and I gotta say we're more than satisfied. 98% battery life, excellent condition, doesn't have a single scratch. Looks and feels like a brand new phone, but way cheaper. It's a bit like a lottery though, since I got myself an S21 and it didn't really look that good.
