    I'm thrilled with my iPhone 12 Pro Max purchase, the condition and battery life were excellent condition. The screen looked flawless and the body and sides looked almost brand new, aside from a very minor scrape which you can hardly see on the side. But you can feel it if you run your finger along it. But with a case on you can't even tell. I did order the same phone in good condition from another refurbisher, but the condition was good but some slight noticeable nicks on the side of the phone. Plus the battery life was dismal and one of the cameras was not a genuine replacement, because it kept prompting me that a camera replacement was a genuine Apple product. I'm really happy with this phone, I installed a screen protector and the clear case that I purchased before. If I look for another refurbished phone, I'll look for this seller again.

    So this is my 4th phone I've purchased through Backmarket and i must say 3 out of 4 phones were great!! 1st purchase was a Iphone12, 2nd a Samsung S22 Ultra both bpight in good conditbut were awesome! 3rd was a IPHONE 13 and that was terrible, tbh that 3rd party seller knew better sending it out. That phone was so damaged it shouldn't have even be resold, sent it back got my refund and turned around and got this Red IP13 it arrived today and exactly what we were expecting! Purchased in good condition but looks great 10/10! Everything is a gamble but i definitely recommend Backmarket!!
