    The pixel watch itself is very good. The band it came with was so small, it was like a turnicat! it was leaving a mark! I finally had to order a replacement band. I got the longest band I could find and I wear it in the last hole. I tried everything I could to determine the band's length to no avail. The other thing I'd say is the band is EXTREMELY difficult to install on the watch because there's a little detent that has to be depressed to slide the band on and the band has to be held at just the right angle...not a good design there, but that's not Backmarkets issue, that's Google Pixel.. Why is it SO much more difficult than Apple? I have an Apple watch, so I know... Now so far as I can tell, both products work equally well, it's just the watch band installation I'm talking about.

    This was an upgrade from a Galaxy Watch and it is night and day difference. All my scans are way more accurate I feel. My last watch you could cover the screen and turn it off which I really liked, but this watch you have to tip away from you . I still catch myself covering the screen will would love an update with that feature. All in all this watch is perfect quality so far is excellent came with no blemishes and an after market charger which is never as good as original but works. LOVE THIS WATCH!

    There were some minor surface scratches on the screen. so I wouldn't one hundred percent say excellent condition, but the phone works as it should, transfer went pretty smooth for coming from the Pixel OS... I'm really happy to be back to Samsung. It also came with a 3ft C-C cord so that was really nice as well.

    Shipping was great! Packaging was great! Phone was listed as being in "excellent condition", but I wouldn't have called it that. The parts that are important to me are excellent though (screen, camera, operation). There is a big wear/scratch spot on the back of the unit, which was inconsistent with the site's description of 'excellent'. If the rating system was out of 10 stars I would give it a 9. Doesn't deserve a full 5 though due to the mis-listing. Would have bought the same phone at the same price even listed as 'good' and rated the whole thing 5 stars. Exceptional value IMHO.
