    This is my 3rd phone with Back Market and I continue to recommend them to freinds. If you are going to buy a refurbed phone you should buy it from a company that will provide at least 1 year warranty and will scramble should any issue arise in getting the device activated with your carrier. BM is that company! I had an issue with my first phone and a BM representative personnaly over saw the whole process getting me an overnight replacement and worked the after tge fact return process with the refurbished! They are outstanding! You can buy from Back Market with full confidence in both the claimed device condition and compatability!

    while the device is in good order I ordered an unlocked and a verizon locked device was delivered. I am using verizon but it makes it impossible to use on international travels with a different sim, it also was supposed to have space for 2 regular sims and it has only space for one really should be cheaper in those cases
