    I am so happy with my refurbished device! The phone is great. The packaging it was sent in met my picky standards ( I hate bulky unnecessary boxes and unreliable materials). The ONLY issue I had was the delivery. FedEx in the US will not allow a delivery change for a different day, location, or time frame. So you have to have a human at the delivery location to sign for the device. This is actually what you want for an item like this so I appreciate that part. But, make sure you ship to an address that allows for this. Thank you Back Market!

    Device, while only rated "Fair" seemed to me to be in very good condition. Noticable scratches nor dead pixels. Not heat issues, no battery problems and so far no processing abnormalities. Both thunderbolt ports also working.

    All is super great with the iPhone purchase. Not a scratch, all the ports and buttons work and it charges fine. It took iOS 26 fine with no glitches at all. I am on my second purchase and I have to thank you for your honesty. If people are worried about refurbished products well don’t , I’m glad I took a chance at not having to fork out piles of money for a product that looks and works like the new one , and your company turned out honest. The Samsung tab is amazing by the way. Anyways the iPhone’s colors are super, no scratches on the screen either and I usually pick the middle choice and nooooooo problem. And what do you guys have, time machines? Seriously all I did was hit purchase and Boom! It was at my door, what a service. 😂 Thanks very happy with my purchase.🫰

    There is nothing about the watch to indicate that is not brand new. The packaging contained everything that you would expect from a new purchase and the watch itself is in pristine condition. This is my third purchase from Back Market and I have not been disappointed yet.

    I love my refurbished 2020 Macbook air. It arrived in a couple of days after ordering and was just as described. I had hoped to send my old Macbook in for some money back but I bogged down in getting my data and apps transferred to the new computer.     phone was in what appeared to be an unopened factory packaging and is in absolutely new condition. Only issue was Verizon wasn't able to activate it using the e-sim and we had to pull the manual simcard from my old phone to get it activated. Phone works fine with no issues except my 80 year old brain adjusting to the differences from my 7 yr old S10e. 😁 My 3rd phone from Back Market and no regrets...highly recommend.

    so far so good. the battery lasts a long time. that's important to me because the only issue I have is that the magnetic charger disconnects too easily if not sitting on a flat surface. otherwise it lives up to my expectations.
