    They sent me a locked device despite ordering an unlocked phone. They couldn't unlock it without having it in their possession. They wouldn't reimburse me for unlocking it myself. Finally got customer service to send a return label for UPS. Had to pay UPS out of pocket for the label and a box. Have not received reimbursement for those either and to top it off I now have to wait for the supplier to inspect the device before they send the correct one. Worst experience buying a phone.

    This was my dream phone. Ever since I got it I keep on getting updates which is getting annoying. The phone is having trouble connecting to wifi but that may just be the college's fault. Because of the connection problems I'm unable to use spotify which sucks.

    I Really love the Back Market, their advertising is funny, their customer support is always so helpful, and you can really shop with the customer in mind without worrying too much. On the status of my phone though: It's pretty decent. It had some trouble connecting to my network but that problem is gone now. However the phone does overheat EXTREMELY easy. It's not just with games but sometimes simply opening YouTube for long periods of time (20+ mins) is enough for it to turn on the sauna. Naturally it means the battery life is low as well. It's been more than just a good phone otherwise. Compared to my previous S10+, it's like eating candy from a baby candy stealer. Thanks Back Market,
