    1 month after buying the device, the screen is separating from the body of the phone. Chatted with a BackMarket customer service agent and was disconnected by them when trying to find a solution that fit my families needs. Not only incredibly unprofessional from BackMarket, but very disappointing to have this kind of quality on a recently purchased device when quality is promised from the beginning. Very unfortunate.

    I'm so disappointed. I ordered a Galaxy Note 20 5G and the e Sim was not functioning. I ordered it December 19th it is now January 3rd and I still have not received a replacement. This was a Christmas gift and it seems kind of weird that there's a third party chat which is someone you're talking to that is not actually connected to the business. When you call the 800 number it send you to the same people who are not really associated with the business just the company hired as an in-between to text and take calls about your order. I thought this will be a lot more efficient and trustworthy but beware!!! Just being honest.
